We are looking for a **Structural Framing Carpenter** with either a Red Seal certification or equivalent experience to join our team.

**Key Job Responsibilities**_include but are not limited to_:

- Wood framing
- Sheathing
- Window and door installation
- Landing trusses
- Floor joist and subfloor installation
- Decking
- Fencing and gates
- Siding (hardie and vinyl)
- Reading plans and blueprints
- Taking measurements and calculating the material required
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Job Knowledge and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in the restoration industry
- Capable of running a small crew with little to no supervision on a job site
- Supply your own tools
- Specialized equipment provided when needed
- Reliable mode of transportation to commute to and from the job site.
- Ability to fasten materials
- Perform work in a safe manner
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written
- Comprehensive product knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
