**About us** **ACCOMMODATIONS NOT PROVIDED** **Cedar Cove Resort **is a predominantly seasonal campground located on beautiful white lake. Our location 50 minutes west of the nations capital makes us the home away from home for many families throughout the summer months. Our fully operational store, heated salt water pool, and recreation program are only a few of the great amenities we offer. **Position available**: April 1st - November 15th. Training would begin prior to April 1st. Training is paid. - Enjoys administrative work and thrives in an office setting. - Excels in customer service and "community role". - Works well with a team in both leadership and team member roles. - Understands, respects, and vomits to responsibility. - Has a mind for business growth and strives for success. - goal oriented, Organized, accoubtable, bendable, punctual, committed. - basic understanding of Microsoft office. **Requirements**: - 3+ years experience in management (hospitality/ retail) - Ability to be flexible with schedule - experience managing a team and scheduling staff - retail inventory management experience an asset. - Must be available evenings and weekends. - Ability to train others, assert authority, and make judgements. - Some basic POS and or reservation software experience an asset. - Oversee all staff scheduling and daily operations. - Oversee all ordering. - Task delegation within multiple departments. - Manage seasonal campground renewals and reservations. - Provide on-going motivation, coaching, and development of team members. - Responsible for Daily Cash operations as well as mínimal bookkeeping and administrative work. - Responsible for all guest interactions/ experience. Must be friendly and approachable while remaining professional and focussed. **Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Morning shift - On call Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Retention bonus **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Hospitality: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Smart Serve (preferred) Work Location: In person
