Bridges Health is one of the nation’s leading workplace mental health companies delivering programs in Canada. Facilitating Mental Health First Aid, Psychological Health & Safety Surveys & strategy development as well as over 13 proprietary mental health in the workplace training sessions for all levels of employees and managers, organizational and staff wellness is our specialty.

This full time permanent position reports to the CEO and is a key member of the leadership team. We are looking for a passionate, experienced and collaborative individual to maintain and expand these services to employers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Programs Overview: maintain a pulse on the mental health programs and services offered by Bridges Health, identifying updates or new courses as required.
- Facilitator/Instructor retention and recruitment: maintain positive relationships with existing facilitators with regards to scheduling, compensation, program delivery, etc. as well as identify the need for additional facilitators as service offerings/demand expands.
- Ensure contracts, schedules and service agreements are executed and fulfilled by the departmental assistant and provide leadership overview to that position.
- Maintain contact with past customers and ensure continued programs and services are offered inside their organizations
- Market and expand services and programs to new customers
- Identify and collaborate with new workplaces to offer workplace psychological health and safety initiatives and programs
- Assist with RFP response and development of workplace mental health tenders.
- Develop and maintain departmental budget
- Work collaboratively as a team member with the other departments of Bridges Health
- Hire staff and maintain service levels as the department grows

Education Requirements
- Degree in Health Services Administration, Project Management, Business Administration or relevant health care discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) year’s recent, related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups.

Skills & Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to coach team members on these skills.
- Mental Health/Psychological Health & Safety experience and/or passion.
- Effectively monitors budgets and executes project plans with stringent timelines.
- Utilize initiative, vision, independent thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to implement project plans and realize project completion.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,115.14 per year
