**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing leadership to the project team;
- Planning the resources required to effectively execute projects under their responsibility in terms of schedule, quality, and budget compliance;
- Determining the level of technical expertise needed based on project complexity;
- Communicating technical resource needs to team coordinators;
- Providing technical direction;
- Ensuring sound project management, including client follow-ups, contract amendments, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking;
- Taking responsibility for health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance aspects of project delivery;
- Demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction, service quality, and the achievement of financial objectives for assigned projects;
- Developing and implementing risk management plans;
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships and clear communication with colleagues, clients, contractor-partners, and key subcontractor team members;
- Mentoring project team members, recognizing and supporting the potential of collaborators;
- Participating in the preparation of proposals for major projects involving the roadway discipline (methodology, schedule, fee estimates, etc.).

**Qualifications** Required qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Member of the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick
- 8 years of relevant experience in managing major transportation projects;
- 8 years of experience in roadway design;
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the Transportation and Infrastructure sector and its stakeholders in Quebec and New Brunswick;
- Ideally, over 10 years of relevant experience in managing major transportation projects;
- 10 years of experience in roadway design;
- In-depth and practical knowledge of project and risk management;
- Experience in financial management;
- PMP certification or a master’s degree in project management (an asset);
