**Responsibilities**:

- Operate line painting equipment, such as striping machines, spray guns, and stencils, to ensure accurate and consistent line markings.
- Prepare surfaces for line painting by cleaning, sweeping, and repairing as needed.
- Operate and maintain crack filling equipment, such as hot pour kettles and crack routers.
- Assist with general asphalt maintenance tasks, including pothole patching, sealcoating, and pavement repairs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within established deadlines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Complete required paperwork, including work orders, time sheets, and maintenance reports accurately and in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, line painting, or crack filling is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of line painting equipment and crack filling machinery is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
