As Building Maintenance Worker for the summer period, your mandate will be to support the Equipment Coordinator and the Building Maintenance Coordinator in their duties for the Mont-Saint-Hilaire and Montreal offices.

An overview of your mandates and responsibilities

Building maintenance component

Inspect the premises and check equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met and that all systems are functioning properly.
Quickly make appropriate corrections to quality issues.
Perform minor repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (e.g., painting, plumbing, cabinetry)

Equipment component

Inspect and verify equipment (after it returns from site).
Manage shipments and receipts.
Perform inventories and search for missing items.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.

Overview of job requirements

Ongoing college studies in building mechanics, high school diploma (DCS) or vocational diploma (DVS) in an appropriate discipline
Valid driver’s licence
Minimal knowledge of the MS Office Suite
