**Function/Purpose**:
The **Property Assessment Technician** provides support and assistance to the Assessment section in the completion of recurring valuation cycle tasks. Understanding and experience with system integrations and ability to collect multi-source data for the purposes of assessment valuation.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma plus a two-year, post-secondary diploma in Office / Business Administration or Property Appraisal / Assessment from a recognize college or technical institute, or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience. Experience in assessment / appraisal field would be an asset

**Remuneration**:$33.03 to $34.77 per hour
**Hours of Work**:75 hours biweekly; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; some evenings and weekend work may be required when needed.
