**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and use a ladder

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining store standards.
- Experience with cashiering or cash handling is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
