The Résidence Cité Rive is located on the banks of the Rivière des Prairies, in the district of the same name. It is a housing complex comprising 5 towers, of which the 850 apartments are distributed. Cité-Rive currently offers a permanent job opportunity for a Food Aid. This is a full-time position, including every other weekend.

Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and the cooks in their tasks. He/She participates in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cuts and peels vegetables or fruit, prepares plates, prepares meal carts and participates in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen. with the rest of the team.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assemble plates of food
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts
- Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
