**Job Title**: Financial Planning Assistant

**Location**: Vancouver (Kitsilano), BC

**Position**: Full-time _(with potential work-from-home options)_

**About Us**:
We are a financial planning firm based in Kitsilano, Vancouver, providing comprehensive financial planning services, along with investment, individual insurance, and group insurance products to our clients. We are seeking a professional, organized, resourceful, and reliable team player to join our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with completing and processing investment and insurance-related paperwork.
- Prepare, organize, and manage client documents and files.
- Provide timely administrative support, while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and exercising resourcefulness in finding solutions to get the job done.

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative experience in the financial planning, insurance, and/or investment industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365, Outlook and Word (Excel knowledge is an asset but not mandatory).
- Exceptional and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and dedication to excellent client service.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based with the potential to work from home one to two days a week.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience with room for future growth.
