We are looking for the right person to join our team in a very interesting industry.

Position summary:
This is a temporary position to cover for a person takin maternity leave.

**Job Description**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Upload property marketing materials
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain/update calendars
- May be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing, office notes and photocopying

**Requirements**:

- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an administrative role will be preferred)
- Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable and punctual

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
