**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
