**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter or drive-thru
- Prepare, heat, and serve food items according to Taco Time standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/debit/credit transactions accurately
- Package take-out food and maintain cleanliness of the service area
- Restock ingredients, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and prep work
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and take initiative
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

**Education and Experience**
- No formal education required
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or fast food industry is an asset (1-2 years preferred but not required)
- Training will be provided for all new team members
