- **Cannabis & Accessories Sales Representative**_

We started as a North Toronto-based **Cannabis Accessories** retail chain; and have expanded into **Retail Cannabis Stores.** We are known for offering quality cannabis accessories at competitive prices. We opened our latest **Retail Cannabis Store** in **North York**. We are seeking friendly, hard-working customer service associates to join our expanding professional team.

You will be responsible for maintaining extensive product knowledge (both cannabis and cannabis accessories), helping match our clients with products that best serve their needs, conducting the sale, merchandising and regularly counting inventory, checking and verifying ID, handling and delivering cannabis and accessories in a safe & accurate manner and being a positive ambassador to our growing retail brand. Given our expansion plans, there is room for advancement in the company in addition to discounts on cannabis and accessories, sales incentives, and other perks.

We are looking to hire for our **North York, ON** location. Being able to help out and/or train at our **Aurora** (Yonge & Wellington) location from time to time is a _**huge asset**_, but is not a requirement.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Welcome greeting and identifying client's needs
- Educate clients on product varieties, functions, brands and make recommendations
- Demonstrate veteran knowledge of cannabis products and cannabis accessories
- Monitor inventory to ensure items are always being accurately restocked
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your space of work
- Process cash/debit/credit transactions, collect client information and conduct age verification
- Stay up to date and research emerging trends and new cannabis & accessories products/brands
- Practice open communication with co-workers and management team
- Punctual
- Desire to meet/exceed target sales quotas
- Assist with inventory counts
- Assist with receiving orders
- Perform opening and closing procedures and complete daily reports
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
- Safely & accurately deliver cannabis and accessories to clients
- **Qualifications**_
- Previous experience and comfort working independently in a retail environment
- Ability to build a rapport with clients and practice suggestive selling
- Written, verbal, basic math skills are required
- CannSell Certification Basic (REQUIRED), Expert (an asset)
- Previous Cannabis industry experience is an asset
- Previous supervisory/key holder experience is an asset
- Hands-on knowledge of cannabis & cannabis accessories
- Must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
