We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position and a great chance to gain additional knowledge if you have an entrepreneurial mindset. If you are interested in the e-commerce world, this will be a great learning opportunity for you. This is a stepping stone for a managerial position within the company.

The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations within the warehouse such as receiving, sort, organizing and managing inventory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Print shipping labels and manifest orders
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization is maintained at all times
- Receive all warehouse orders and conduct sorting and management of inventory as needed
- Assist in the set-up and preparation for events as needed
- Participate in quarterly monthly activities as needed
- Responsible for printing orders and packaging products as required
- All other duties as needed

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Must have 1-2 years of experience working as an Operations Assistant or in a customer service role
- Successful achievement of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or working towards completion
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, as well as demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and time management
- The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and operate with minimum oversite
- Strong ability to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate positively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$42,466.00 per year
