**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and communicate standard repair procedures****:

- Perform quality inspections during repairs****:

- Monitor performance with Technicians****:

- Facilitate shop equipment repairs****:

- Organize sublet repairs

**Qualifications**:

- MPI & collision repair, and insurance knowledge a must (Manitoba based)
- Mitchell Ultramate experience
- High level of understanding OEM procedure
- Familiarity with MPI Partner websites and standards/rules
- Leadership Excellence
- Valid Driver’s License

**Employment Level**:
Full-time

**Wage Range**:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 /Year
