**Project Administrator (Construction)**

**Location: Langley, BC**

The Project Administrator assumes a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- ** Understand and anticipate priorities and needs of the Regional Manager, Operations Manager(s) and Project Management Team and provide effective and timely confidential support.**:

- ** Schedule meetings and assist in calendar management.**:

- ** Manage the calendar and identification of key correspondence.**:

- ** Organize management meetings including event logistics, catering, travel, and meeting materials.**:

- ** Prepare and circulate memos, letters and reports.**:

- ** Support Publications Department for Civil-related pursuits and initiatives, including assisting with preparation of tender documentation.**:

- ** Assist in the orientation and project onboarding of new personnel.**:

- ** Routine correspondence to Owner, Engineer, Sub-Trades and Suppliers in co-operation with the Project Manager.**:

- ** Track progress and productivity rates.**:

- **Compile, develop and submit all project billings to the customer**:

- **Compile, organize and manage project operations & maintenance (O&M) manuals**:

- **Supports the team with other duties as required.**

This role will require an experienced Project Administrator with the following:

- ** Minimum Grade 12 education.**:

- ** Related administrative experience in construction would be an asset**:

- ** Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role.**:

- ** Civil construction experience would be an asset**:

- ** Experience with Procore or similar software would be an asset**:

- ** Experience with submittals, drawing logs and Accounts Payable**:

- ** Ability to use/learn industry specific software programs.**:

- ** Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- **Able to work under pressure and effective at multitasking**:

- **A dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skill**:

- **Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time with excellent follow-up skills**:

- **Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills**:

- ** Valid driver’s license.**
