Administration and Rentals

We are looking for a Front Desk administrative Assistant to manage and support various administrative duties in our Yellowknife office including front line customer requests and tracking of our rental equipment.
**Job Duties/Expectations**:
- General office administration and product sales
- Management and tracking of inventory including rental equipment and retail products
- Working extensively with the company management software to create work orders, sales quotes, manage process, order equipment, track inventory, etc
- Update labour products, and expenses into work orders for closure and billing
- Handling reception, mail, couriers, and general business line administrative support
- Assisting Sales and Project deployment team as required
- Equipment delivery and pickup
- Safe work habits are required
**Qualifications/Competencies**:
- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Experience with time tracking and work order systems
- Experience working with rental equipment
- Experience with inventory and equipment management
- Excellent customer interaction skills are a necessity
- Must be highly dependable, focused, organized, and detail oriented
- Must have excellent time management and both written and oral communication skills
- Must be comfortable working with the Microsoft Office software suite
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a familiarity with communication products such as two way radios, Satellite Phones, GPS tracking devices, and computer products
**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
