**Job Description** The Opportunity**

**Day Shift - Ville Saint-Laurent**

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of operations in our modern, multi-channel distribution center located in Ville Saint-Laurent.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise distribution center operations during the day shift, ensuring process efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, focusing on inventory accuracy and optimizing space utilization.
- Lead a team of approximately 15 stock processors during your shift, with potential increases during peak periods. Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for all employees.

**Qualifications** Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships, collaborate effectively, and lead within a diverse work environment. Willingness to work occasional overtime as required.
