Facility and Work Location - L'Assomption, - Posting Locations - Montreal - Department - L'Assomption Distribution Team 5 - Employee Type - Regular Employee FT Salaried - Shift/Hours - >Hourly Rate / Salary Range - If needed **About This Opportunity**: Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Supervisor, Distribution is responsible for the management of Coke Canada drivers and the effective distribution of Coca-Cola product to our customers. The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the Supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service. **The working hours are from 10h00am to 6h00m** **Responsibilities**: - Supervising a team of distribution employees, while respecting budgetary constraints - Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members - Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements - Manages drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked - Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues - Serve as liaison between sales, distribution and warehouse to maintain efficient communication between functions - Manage and audit team member's timekeeping - Manage within labor and OPEX budget, while respecting budgetary constraints - Provide leadership, motivation, and training for development of the distribution team **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or experience deemed equivalent is required - 1-3 years experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required - 1-3 years experience of supervisory experience required - Experience managing in a unionized environment is preferred - Prior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred - Familiarity with department of transportation regulations - Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluations - Strong leadership and communication skills to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees - Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision - Possess excellent organization and time-management skills - Be familiar with Office and SAP computer tools **About Us: Proudly Canadian and Independently Owned, We are Coke Canada** **Important** All offers of employment at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (“Coke Canada Bottling”) are conditional upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor.
