**Responsibilities**
- Hiring, training, and developing new Technicians
- Provide prompt and professional service to assigned customers.
- Provide mechanical and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.
- Maintain current knowledge of new systems and techniques in the automotive industry, i.e. airbag systems, radar cruise control, forward collision warning, adaptive headlights, and so forth.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through the use of our company Core Values and Brand Promise.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of automotive repair experience.
- High School Degree (or GED equivalent).
- Read wiring diagrams & diagnose vehicles.
- Possess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.
- Strong time management skills and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills, both Oral and Written.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Work in a shop environment including heat and loud noise.
- Proficient use of a variety of automotive service and diagnostic equipment such as Moto Logic & Identifix.

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive repair: 7 years (required)
- Management: 3 years (required)
