Job description

**General responsibilities**:
Repair and maintain outdoor equipment including various types of bicycles, snowshoes, trekking poles apparel and fishing rods.
Maintain and update inventory of adventure equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards.
Organize and maintain the equipment storage facility.
Act as a liaison between Outdoor Adventure Guides and Guests, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for a successful excursion.
Interact with Guests, facilitate discussions, and answer questions while creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
Assist Guests in the sizing of seasonal outerwear.
Assist Adventure Guides with the transfer of items to off-site locations.
Remain informed about Outdoor Adventure offerings and necessary equipment requirements.
Assist in maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
Able to work weekends and shift work
Other responsibilities, as necessary, to enhance the guest experience

Profile description

Passion for outdoor adventure activities and a good understanding of safety measures.
A working knowledge of bicycle components, maintenance diagnosis/practices and execution requirements.
Experience or relevant experience in bicycle maintenance, equipment tuning and replacement requirements
Demonstrates positivity, an outgoing nature and able to build relationships with ease.
Must have a valid Canadian Driver's License
