**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing SoH estimation algorithms
- Validating the algorithms on laboratory testbeds and power‑converter prototypes
- Publishing results in high‑impact journals and presenting at conferences

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in power converter prototyping is an asset.
- Hands‑on experience with power‑converter design and prototyping is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in relevant programming and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, HIL simulator)
- Proven track record of peer‑reviewed publications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team.

- You are a new entrants into the work force, are transitioning to a new career, or have been unemployed or underemployed and are entering a new field
- You have not previously participated in a NOHFC-funded internship
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You reside, and are legally entitled to work in Canada
