**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct interviews, and participate in the hiring process.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or bartending within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in cash handling and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
