**Becker Shoes - E-commerce Data Entry and Sales Associate**

**Role**

Becker Shoes is looking for a dedicated Website and Online Sales Associate to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our online presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Data entry and managing online content, no coding required.
- Taking photos of products for the website and social media when they are unavailable from venders.
- Use the proper spelling and grammar while adding products to the website.
- Processing website sales
- Online quality assurance through data validation, data verification and proofreading
- Customer support through responding to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, or features and helping customers resolve issues with their online purchases or the website.
- Help marketing maintain a social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and responding to customer inquiries.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- Eligible to work in Canada and live within commuting distance to Collingwood, Ontario.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- This job requires the use of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Imagine software, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Ortery Capture Software and Outlook. - familiarity with these programs is an asset and is required in time.
- Proficiency and speed in computer use
- Ability to keep up with up with seasonal deadlines
- Openness to learn and contribute to all the e-commerce needs of Becker Shoes
- Customer service skills
