**Position: E-Commerce & Customer Support Associate**

**Role Overview**: Becker Shoes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic website and online sales associate to join our dynamic team. This position is slightly above entry level and is an essential role where you will contribute significantly to enhancing our online presence and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is an in-office position based at our Head Office in Collingwood where you will collaborate closely with team members to drive our e-commerce success. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Perform data entry and manage online product listings, ensuring that information is clearly articulated. (no coding required)

**Photography**: Capture high-quality images of products for our website and social media when vendor photos are not available.

**Quality Assurance**: Validate data accuracy and conduct proofreading to maintain high standards of online communication.

**Social Media**: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain an active presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms while addressing customer inquiries.

**Customer Support**: Team with Web Sales manager to respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, features, and pricing, assisting them in resolving any issues related to online purchases.

**Sales Support**: Assist with processing online sales and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

**What You Bring**:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or website management (preferred).

Background in customer service and e-commerce.

Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and engage positively with customers.

Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills and the ability to meet seasonal deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and design platforms (Photoshop, Corel). Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest is a plus.

Familiarity with WordPress, Magento, Adobe Commerce, and photography tools, such as Ortery Capture Software, will be beneficial.
