The Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable **Roofing and Siding Lead Hand** to oversee on-site operations for our projects. You'll lead a team of 3-6 installers, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a passion for construction and a commitment to quality in Calgary's demanding climate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily site operations, including roofing installations, siding repairs, and other various exterior projects.
- Supervise crew members, assigning tasks and ensuring safety
- Perform quality inspections, troubleshoot issues (e.g., hail damage, leaks), and handle emergency repairs as needed.
- Manage tools, materials, and site cleanup to maintain our spotless reputation.
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers to meet deadlines and budgets.

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in roofing and siding installation/repair in Calgary's weather conditions.
- Good knowledge of materials (e.g., asphalt, metal roofing, vinyl/fiber cement siding) and tools.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
- Safety certification (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection) is an asset.
