We are hiring Supervisors to contribute to our awe-inspiring experience at the Stoked Centre Our supervisors take pride in their ability to ensure every station runs smoothly. Supervisors can handle stressful situations with ease and lead by example. Supervisors assist the manager, inventory, and problem solving. A strong supervisor is a leader that thrives in fast paced work environments and is customer service oriented. Supervisors have an eye for detail and can hold staff to the same high standard of work ethic. The goal of a supervisor is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement, responsible for service standards and elevating member/guest experience. Daytime, weekday and weekend availability is required.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead the team to provide excellent customer service going above and beyond.
- Partner with Management to develop, enhance and create systems the encourage efficient and effective service standards that elevate guests and staff experience
- Implement sales initiatives supported by training to drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly/annual budgets
- Overseeing each station to ensure high standards are being maintained

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3+ years experience in customer service-based operations
- Must have 1+ years experience as a Supervisor or leadership role
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to lift objects up to 20 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
