**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Processing & Compliance**:

- Verify submitted documentation for completeness and compliance with industry and company standards.
- Return incomplete or inaccurate requests to Personal Lines Insurance Specialists with clear guidance on necessary corrections.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**2. System & Data Management**:

- Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform system cleanups to remove outdated or incorrect information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in client records and policy details.

**3. Administrative Support & Team Coverage**:

- Assist in preparing and managing documentation related to policy changes and new business.
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support client-facing brokers by handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide coverage for team members during holidays to ensure seamless operations.

**4. Billing & Client Communication**:
**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with account managers, brokers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability to identify and address compliance and processing issues proactively.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction within the insurance brokerage process.

How to Apply:

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
