We are seeking a** Sales Development Representative t**o join our growing team. The SDR ( Sales Development Representative) will establish connections with prospects while ensuring the seamless transfer of those leads to Account Executives.
We are a rapidly growing startup with a sales and marketing team that subscribes to a true end-to-end sales process. Our goal is to ensure the customer journey reflects our solutions' quality.
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our frontline sales team. Working in a startup requires the ability to be resourceful and inventive.

**Job Description**:
- Use internal and external resources to identify customers and decision-makers to build an outbound sales pipeline.
- Schedule and run discovery calls to unlock the prospect's business challenges and collect data for CRM
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling and quality prospecting.
- Manage inbound leads and follow up on MQLs to qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives to drive business opportunities
- Assist with the execution of demand generation campaigns
- Drive attendance at webinars, company events, and industry trade shows
- Build client lists and prioritize target accounts for ABM activities
- Provide feedback on marketing campaigns success and challenges
**Qualifications**:
- Successful experience as a sales team member at a rapidly growing professional services organization or Saas company.
- You must be an exceptional individual contributor and coach who can work with salespeople on the front lines and develop and execute coaching plans for the team’s continued development.
- You must be a creative, entrepreneurial salesperson with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.
- You must have a strong understanding of navigating a large organization to assess which accounts/projects needs our specific resources, as well as a strong ability to evaluate the merit of creative new tactics.
- An exceptional rolodex and a strong ability to successfully leverage these relationships both individually and as a team.
- You must be highly capable of motivating a team towards the prospect of growing an innovative, world-changing business with us
- You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes being fully capable of building and maintaining a respected boardroom presence.
