We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to be a key driver of our company's marketing strategy. As the CMO, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including functions such as marketing, brand management, market promotion, digital marketing, and market research.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, formulate appropriate market positioning and differentiation strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and a positive return on marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring consistency between marketing activities and sales objectives.
- Lead digital transformation, develop and promote innovative digital marketing strategies and technology tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, including successful experience in senior management positions.
- Strong strategic thinking and business insight, able to translate market opportunities into concrete marketing strategies and action plans.
- Rich knowledge and experience in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with individuals at different levels and backgrounds.
- Innovative mindset and keen market insights, able to lead the company to gain a competitive advantage in the market.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
- Successful experience in international market expansion and promotion.
- Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
