Renew Services Inc. is a growing company that is looking to add to our team. We specialize in trenchless sewer repairs and also do numerous other work within the water and sewer industry including water lines, catch basins/manholes, fire hydrants, etc. We are currently hiring a pipe layer to join our crew. Experience is required. Training on our processes and procedures will take place on the job. Our company, unlike many water and sewer companies, typically works year round and offers 10% holiday pay.

**Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses**
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
- Confined Space Entry Training
- Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate

Certificates not mandatory but preferred

**Tasks**
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle trench shoring and barricades
- Lay/align pipes during pipeline construction
- Perform routine maintenance work
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites
- Dig ground to expose gas lines and repair damaged pipes
- Dig ditches and trenches
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Select type and size of pipe required
- Inspect construction of sewer systems and pipelines
