**What We Need**

We are looking for a **Fulfillment and Returns Specialist** who is a team player who is detail oriented and able to follow instructions. They also like working with technology and enjoy how it can create efficiency.

You will be responsible for helping to prepare and package our GPS products for sale as well as create accounts via our proprietary web portal. As they grow they will learn how to program various GPS hardware using numerous software and sharing their expertise with others.

**What You'll Do**
- Prepare and package products
- Fill client orders
- Communicate with supervisors during all aspects
- Use Excel to prepare information for upload into our custom platform

**Requirements**:

- Excellent people, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, disciplined and have a high attention to detail to handle requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows PC abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and keep track of assigned tasks
- Ability and willingness to learn company specific software programs quickly

**Desirable skills**
- Post Secondary or Technical training to support the above job description
- Like working with technology
- Enjoy a position that will grow over time
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
