**Description**:
The IT Infrastructure team requires a part time Network Specialist to support new and upcoming internal projects.

**Key tasks**:

- Contribute to the upkeep of the network infrastructure and network services for the global enterprise (over 100 sites worldwide)
- Development and coding on various AWS services. Ex.: Cloud Formation Templates, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, encryption, logging Experience migrating on-site solutions to cloud based offerings, such as Amazon's AWS
- Perform troubleshooting activities in conjunction with CAE’s networking partners to resolve business issues
- Perform regular updates on open tickets to align users with progress
- Improve network solutions and related processes applicable to LAN, WAN, Wireless, SDWAN, MPLS
- With large-scale infrastructure designs and implementation, be the support expert in internet technologies and network protocols, including DNS, HTTP and load-balancing configurations using ELBs/ALBs
- Work as a mentor in the team acts as an advisor for someone who less experience
- Coaching offers their skills and knowledge to help individuals improve upon their own skills and abilities
- Be a communicator positions, ensuring understand others clearly and vice versa

**Qualifications**:

- At least five years experience in the Networking domain
- Strong verbal, written skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Excellent knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud networking technologies
- Excellent Network skills with LAN, WAN and Core networks
- Excellent knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches and VLAN’s
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as a Code and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls is an asset
- Knowledge of F5 and Infoblox appliances is an asset
- Cisco CCNP certification is an asset
- Cloud networking certification is an asset
