Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Field Service Agent. In this role, you will support our customers service and repair needs in their homes.

No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

- Create an amazing customer experience when providing delivery and installation services
- Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained

What we’re looking for:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
