As Cashier / Receptionist / Order Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:
- Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Reply to general information requests accurately
- Greet clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer transactions in store
- Verify, Organize and Process Online Orders
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Fill and maintain stock levels in store and stockroom
- Keep customer and staff areas clean
This is a permanent full-time position during our business hours 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. A flexible schedule is a must as the individual will be required to work some Saturdays. It’s important that we find the right person that can complete the tasked stated above with mínimal management.
**Duties**:
- Greeting visitors
- Cashier
- Helping customers in showroom
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Stocking supplies
- Assisting in online order fulfilment
- Receiving and pricing goods in stockroom and showroom
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Work setting:
- Specialty store
