**Job Summary**

Are you looking for a position where you can lead a dedicated and passionate sales team? Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is dedicated to continuously growing the Vehicle Sales Department. Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT experience is favourable but not mandatory.

The Serpa team is known for its honest, transparent approach to vehicles sales, with second to none management support, all working towards one common goal; SUCCESS.

Our approach requires dedicated staff that is looking to develop long-term relationships, striving towards business excellence, which we are lucky to have, now, we need a strong leader to continue to grow this already expanding dealership.

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, your role will involve supervising the sales team at the dealership. This will include setting and monitoring sales goals, devising sales strategies, and evaluating the sales staff's performance. You will collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and attract customers to the dealership. In addition, you will be responsible for training and guiding the sales team, managing customer quotes, follow-ups, and addressing any sales-related concerns. Ultimately, your objective will be to ensure that the dealership achieves its sales targets and delivers exceptional customer service. Other duties will arise, and you will be required to work alongside the General Sales Manager to ensure completion.

- OMVIC LICENSED
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
- CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
