Arceo Design + Build is an established Construction Management company with over 30 years experience in high end residential renovation and custom home building in the central Toronto area.

We are looking for a experienced carpenters. Your responsibilities would include overseeing site labourers and effectively follow direction given by site managers. You would have to be a team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and have the ability to engage and professionally interact with company employees, subcontractors and clients.

The functions of this role include but are not limited to the following duties:

- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Adherence to construction site safety standards and our Company's Construction Safety policy
- Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to excel in a team environment.
- Maintain and monitor the daily progress of the construction schedule.

The qualifications for this role would include:

- A Minimum of five years of hands-on experience working in residential construction and renovation in a carpentry role
- Knowledge of construction methods from project commencement through to project completion
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, specifications, drawings, construction techniques and building systems
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks
- Current WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Working at Heights
- Must have a valid driver's license, is legally entitled to work and drive in Ontario and must have access to a vehicle to travel to and from project locations

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
