**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Participate fully with other team members in day-to-day operations, including order picking / packing shipments, setting priorities, organizing, and scheduling work, problem-solving and decision-making, participating in meetings and handling special projects as assigned.
- control inventory using hand-held scanners
- Prepare import and export documentation
- Work closely with freight forwarders
- Conduct HTS tariff reviews and update company records
- Prioritize and complete work according to client demands, customs requirements and Ketchum standards
- Operate Forklift, pallet trucks and battery charging station (training will be provided)

**Requirements**:

- CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation would be an asset
- Experience in creating customs documents (commercial invoice/USMCA/Country of Origin)
- Experience with USMCA/CUSMA formally known as NAFTA
- CERS (export declarations) / CARM Experience
- Incoterm experience
- Duty Drawback experience would be an asset
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and adjust to changing workload
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong computer skills
