**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Cultivate and maintain a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs in designated garden areas.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, mulching, and watering.
- Assist customers with their gardening needs by providing knowledgeable advice on plant care and selection.
- Operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels of plants and gardening supplies in the retail area.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register while providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive experience.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of garden maintenance practices and plant care.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in a garden or landscaping environment is a plus.
- Proficient in cashiering skills to handle transactions smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide assistance.
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for potential online sales initiatives is beneficial.
- A keen interest in landscaping design and maintenance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
