We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive construction estimating for various projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate cost estimates
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to prepare estimates
- Research and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients
- Review project progress and adjust estimates as needed
- Provide ongoing support to project teams during the construction phase
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management experience (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,724.17 per year
Expected hours: 44 per week
