*Job Summary* As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between customers and the service department at an automotive dealership. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth vehicle maintenance and repair processes. *Duties* - Greet customers and assess their service needs - Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge - Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers - Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work - Explain repair estimates and invoices to customers - Upsell additional services or products as needed - Handle cash transactions and process payments *Experience* - Prior experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Experience in sales or upselling is a plus

Pay: $41,070.23-$72,483.52 per year
