**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**COMPENSATION**
- **Total compensation ranging from $55,000 - $60,000, **_**inclusive**_ **of gratuities and performance-based bonus opportunities**:

- **Salary reviewed annually**:

- **10 days paid vacation**:

- **40% food & beverage manager discount available company-wide at all THG restaurants and bars.**:

- **Health Benefit Package inclusive of dental, vision, and prescription drugs (after a 3-month full time probationary period has been completed)**:

- **Duty meals**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Reports to VP of Operations**:

- **Coach and provide leadership to all the staff, either directly or through the leadership team, ensuring the training and development of staff, providing input for performance, appraisals, and disciplinary action, according to the values and guidelines of THG**:

- **Schedules FOH, assigning roles based on experience and skills.**:

- **Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.**:

- **Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with restaurant policy.**:

- **Ensures restaurant runs in accordance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.**:

- **Oversees stocking, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients, ensuring that necessary ingredients are available and as fresh as possible while also minimizing spoilage and waste.**:

- **Maintains and inspects equipment, recommending repairs or replacements as needed.**:

- **Performs other related duties as assigned.**

**Requirements**:

- **Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years experience in a Supervisory position in an upscale environment.**:

- **Food and beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership.**:

- **Understanding of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge operational procedures.**:

- **Effective decision making skills.**:

- **Strong problem solving skills.**
