**JOB PROFILE SUMMARY**

Reporting to the ERP Strategic Program Manager (Health Safety), the Project Manager will be responsible for the effective, high-quality execution and delivery of ERP Technical Upgrade.

The Project Manager will work in collaboration with multiple vendors as well as Organization and Client teams to plan and ensure successful execution of Technical Upgrade deliverables on time within budget and scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of the program, the Project Manager oversees all aspects of the program (i.e. budget, schedule, scope, issues and risks), sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and prepares reports regarding status of the program.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of program/project management from discovery through delivery, implementation, and stabilization:

- Create and manage project plans, charters, schedules, budgets, quality, communication, resource, and risk management plans
- Provide the direction required to meet the program objectives and commitments
- Collaborate with multiple groups of stakeholders, internal resources and 3rd party vendors to drive coordination of activities
- Prepare reports regarding status of project
- Ensure appropriate management of stakeholders throughout the project
- Collaborate with the IT PMO to ensure compliance with project standards, processes, tools and methodology
- Act as prime liaison between Company, Client and 3rd party vendors on project related issues or inquiries
- Oversee integration of Technical Upgrade deliverables with the overall Experience Transformation plan and delivery schedule while coordinating resolution of any delivery conflicts
- Ensure all groups are being provided with timely and accurate project information

**CRITICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Project Management: 5-6+ years of experience in managing large and complex projects/programs; comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools
- Financial Management: strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI development etc.
- Delivery methodology: knowledge and experience in agile / scrum / iterative development and waterfall
- Hands on expertise using JIRA, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience successfully leading a range of large initiatives with high levels of complexity and business criticality
- Experience managing large, complex investment budgets
