**SCOPE**
The **Project Manager
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedules daily stand up calls with Team Members and drives accountability for task milestones using an agile methodology
- Collaborate with internal clients, project team members on program planning, program integration, project management, and technical integration activities
- Collaborate with Estimating Product team ensuring a proper understanding of requirements, timelines, and resource requirements for new intakes
- Report all critical projects in Sciforma in a timely and accurate manner
- Track implementation priorities against development schedules and work intake requests, advising on risk mitigations, coordinating with our business partners, and maintaining up-to-date operating models, processes, roles, and responsibilities across multiple clients
- Financial tracking of CC&P budget ensuring financial accountability
- Manages client(s) to improve performance throughout the life of the account
**Experience**
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills and an in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations of Data Integration
- Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge and experience in agile (scrum / Kanban / iterative development)
- Exceptional relationship skills, collaboration across lines of business
- Business-Technical understanding with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience if needed
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external customers
- Strong issue resolution skills
- Strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, financial modeling, ROI development etc.
- A high performer who can manage client expectations and drive work items to completion as per plan
- Detail oriented individual who will challenge estimates, efforts, solutions during planning
**Must Have**:
- Data Integration
- Knowledge on Jira, Agile, Spread Planning, Financial, budgeting and PMP related
- Tetra data
