**What Is the Opportunity?**
- One full-time position available
- Full-time shifts: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm), or Monday to Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm) based on business needs
- From **$16.50** per hour
- No night, weekend, or holiday work
- Guaranteed biweekly pay
- Paid training

**What Does a Typical Workday Look Like?**

Providing quality customer service and sales support, your role will include:

- Meeting with our staff teams on-site and performing a thorough walkthrough of all new customer locations with them
- Addressing customers’ concerns or complaints where applicable
- Addressing concerns of quality with staff and customers
- Providing quick and efficient recovery practices, as required, to ensure lasting customer relations
- Performing detailed on-site inspections of customer locations, walking customers through as much as possible
- Following up on leads and quotations
- When required, cover management to attend customer locations to perform initial walkthroughs and take detailed and accurate notes for sales manager quotation purposes
- Provide team support, gathering any additional equipment or supplies required for the team to complete their cleaning jobs

**What Is Required for The Role?**
- A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving history
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm), or Monday to Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm)
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- 1-2 years of Sales or Field Representative experience
- A Secondary School certificate (an asset)
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic ability to navigate web pages and additional online company resources

- Ability to sweep, mop and wash floors
- Ability to dust desks, phones, and all surface areas
- Ability to vacuum carpeting and rugs
- Ability to clean, disinfect and polish kitchens
- Ability to clean, disinfect and polish bathrooms
- Ability to pick up debris and empty trash and recycling containers
