Support Worker

**Duties**:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with medication reminders
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or physical exertion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
