**Overview**

This position supports the daily operations of our company and performs a broad range of administrative and business-supportive tasks in coordinating the services and duties within the Operations Department. The Operations Administrator works with Operations Management in the planning, execution, and finalization of locate and Soil Regulation requirements for project execution meeting strict deadlines, budgets, and timelines.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, be highly organized, and can thrive under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily field operations.
- Managing and updating company databases for Locates and Soils Regulations.
- Track project milestones and deliverables for project completion.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Operations Management.

**Capabilities and Experience Required**:

- High school diploma/GED.
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software, Knowledge in the Vista suite would be an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Great attention to detail and high level of thoroughness.
- Time management and excellent organizational skills
