Bravo Restoration Services DKI is a leading restoration company that services the entire East Kootenays. We are looking to fill a permanent full time Office Manager position within our organization based in Cranbrook.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems
- Payroll and HR
- Maintaining all quarterly payments (GST/WCB/PST/Payroll remittance)
- Maintaining all records and rental properties
- Invoicing projects to insurance companies
- Maintaining all accounts receivables/payables

**Qualifications and Qualities**
- Quickbooks Experience is required
- Book keeping experience is an assest
- You are an energetic and outgoing person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office
- You have an attention to detail and desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Valid drivers’ licence is required

Wage is dependent on experience.
