**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
